Set on 105 acres in Fogelsville, Pennsylvania, Glasbern Inn offers a quiet escape with rustic charm, elevated dining, an on-site spa, and a thriving wedding business. With 53 distinct rooms spread across 10 historic buildings, the property is anything but typical—and its website needed to reflect that.
For more than seven years, Glasbern Inn has relied on Leonardo to manage their website and digital presence. Throughout that time, we have helped continuously evolve their website to meet the latest standards in digital marketing best practices and design. We’ve helped them create a seamless guest experience online that mirrors what they can expect once they arrive at the property. We spoke with Gary Levine, General Manager at Glasbern Inn, about his experience working with Leonardo over the years, including a total revamp and refresh of the website in the last year.
The Challenge
Glasbern Inn is an exceptionally busy property, with luxury accommodations, high-end restaurant, spa services, and a thriving event business hosting over 100 weddings a year. It is essential for them to have a beautiful website, and ideally one that is easy to update and keep fresh.
“We needed a website that could do justice to the scope of the property. Ten buildings, three wedding venues, meeting space, reservations, a restaurant, a spa… we had to make sure guests could find what they were looking for, and quickly,” says Gary.
The team needed a platform that could:

The Solution
Leonardo’s platform gave Glasbern a flexible, easy-to-use CMS that allowed Gary and his team to make quick updates–menus, promotions, or new photos as needed—while still relying on Leonardo for larger structural changes as well as ongoing monitoring and updates for search engine performance and web strategy.
“They’re responsive, creative, and easy to work with,” Gary says. “We can make the simple edits ourselves, and for anything more involved, they’re right there to support us. It’s the best of both worlds.”
When they decided to completely revamp the website, the process was relatively seamless. The work was collaborative: refreshing the strategy, reworking the content, and rebuilding the site. Now, quarterly strategy calls with Leonardo’s team help the hotel stay competitive, continually refining SEO with updated keywords and content focused on their key business drivers—weddings, spa treatments, corporate, leisure and social stays, and more.
“They come to the table with ideas, and they listen to ours. It’s a very collaborative process,” explains Gary.

Glasbern’s website now serves as the central hub for every guest touchpoint—whether it’s an engaged couple submitting a wedding RFP, a guest planning a romantic dinner, or a returning guest booking a midweek spa escape. With its intuitive design, rich visuals, and regularly refreshed content, the site strikes the right balance between beauty and function.
Visitors can now find the information they need quickly and easily—room reservations, dining menus, wedding venue details, spa services—all in one place. As a result, the front desk and event staff spend less time answering common questions and more time focusing on the guest experience.
Behind the scenes, the team at Glasbern enjoys the ability to make fast, strategic updates. Seasonal promotions, new photography, updated menus, and event details can all be added in real-time, either by the hotel staff or with the support of Leonardo’s team. That flexibility has proven invaluable, especially during busy wedding seasons or when responding to shifting market demand.
